The general manager Tanesha Campbell reflects a horrible representation of a general manager. She lacks customer service and respect on so many levels. She is extremely rude and snappy to all ages of customers. You could be standing in line waiting to order and the way she speaks to everyone would make you want to walk out and not even eat there. Instead of assisting customers or inquiring about what they need, Tanesha would rather just stand there, give dirty looks, and stare at you. Her aura, attitude, and vibe screams that she doesn’t want to be at work and she doesn’t want to help anyone. How is she going to reprimand an employee in the future for providing poor customer service when she too displays even worse customer service ? My experience at Popeyes was horrible and unpleasant all due to her and her disgusting attitude. I tried to eat it Popeyes Louisiana kitchen. I find the food just like not tasteful while the service is okay and this particular one in Brooklyn is believe it or not one of the best fast food ever Popeyes in the area. The food really doesn't do anything for me by the time you get her home it's dry it's not tasty the biscuits are medium so okay and as of yesterday they packed my everything in one bag by the time I got home. I went here twice in a row for this new chicken sandwich, yesterday and today. Now yesterday I showed up around like 10:20am and the store opens at 10 so when I asked for a chicken sandwich they said they had no sandwiches. Then today I showed up around 12:20pm and I seen a sign in the store that says “no chicken sandwich”. I’m getting tired of them always not having it.
