Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order online and it was never delivered. When I called to ask the manager, he said the driver was almost there. 30minutes later when the order was still not here, I called back and the manager said it was delivered. I asked if they had proof or if the driver even called me and they said no to both. I live in a building with a doorman who will call every delivery up and they confirmed that no one came in with a pizza. The driver claimed to have knocked on my door and left the pizza outside. I was home the entire time and there was no delivery. At this point, I asked the manager for a refund or a re-delivery of my order and he declined both and offered no resolution other than to say he can't do anything. Did I mention that they hung up on me twice? We asked the manager for his name so I could follow up with a complaint and he refused to share it, which should say a lot about his character. I would avoid ordering here at all costs, both the manager and the driver are both liars and clearly do not want to do their job or admit their...

If I could, I would give zero stars!!! My order arrived and there was 3 pieces of LONG black strands of hair in my garlic knots! I called and spoke with a manager who gave me the runaround that they are a restaurant etc.... (nothing relevant to the situation) and finally said that I have to complain to uber eats because they are who delivered it. The hairs were cooked inside the garlic knot! Oh,I am sure the uber eats driver planned that ,hence the sarcasm. Ridiculous customer service and will absolutely never ever order again! What's worse is I called papa johns general customer service and was only able to file a ticket to this chains store,really? I just received my food with hair and I have to file a ticket? Terribly managed. We ordered a pizza and it came squished and flipped the first time. the employee came back with another pizza and started yelling in the building at us and signaling us disrespectfully to “use our brain.” We noticed the second pizza had a dip in the cheese the shape of a finger and we didn’t eat it. we call back and we had to get in a full argument, the only time he listened was when a man spoke to him, not women.
