Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I just want to make it clear. This place is one of the worst places in Queens. I've tried to give them numerous chances by reading these reviews from other people. I place an order at 9:30 PM waited about an hour then called them. They told me the food is on the way. I waited a half an hour then called him again. They explained the driver was lost. Mine mind you I live 10 blocks away. I wait another 20 minutes then call back and they say the drivers car broke down. I would have to wait until someone goes and helps him. Around 12 PM I call back and I asked should I go directly to them to pick up the food. I gave them the chance I need told me we're so sorry will give you a free pizza. I explained I don't want it I'd rather have my food at this moment. They told me they're sorry but it looks like the driver will not be able to bring food. They charge me the money but never refunded me for the order they never brought. I called back the next day see if they can give me a free pizza as they promised and they said they don't have authorization and that they wouldn't beable to give me a free pizza. I went to PAPA JOHNS serval times. But this location is my first time and I will never ever back because the rude staff. I ordered a Uber eat , after almost an hour since order was placed. It still show on the way. I called the store and check the order status. The guy told me , I delivered your order and I have the picture if you want to see. And then he started to blame me that why I did not put my phone number and keep repeating that is not their responsibility if my food got stolen . I have my husband to check around immediately and asked him to send me the picture. After I checked. It was a different address. I told them it is a wrong address. That is not my address and they need to send me a new one. The guy repeated again why I did not leave my phone number. I know I forgot to put the phone number but I have my address right when I ordering. So obviously that is their fault that did not complete the order on the Uber eat app and delivered to the wrong address. They refused me to send a new one. So I contacted the Uber Eat customer support. Support told me I need to contact the store so they can help me since the order is not completed. Oh dear, fellow space travelers, I must warn you of a treacherous journey to the Papa John's Pizza located at 19318 Northern Blvd. Our quest for delicious pizza was met with constant disappointment as they consistently skimped on the beloved pepperoni, leaving us with lackluster pies.

To make matters worse, their delivery service proved unreliable, leaving our pizzas cold and unappetizing. And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service left something to be desired, with occasional impolite interactions that left us feeling unwelcome.

But alas, our journey took a turn for the worse when another disgruntled customer returned to the establishment, brandishing laser weapons and demanding to have their order corrected. We quickly retreated, avoiding a potential battle and realizing that this pizza joint was not worth the risk.

I urge you, fellow space travelers, to steer clear of this establishment in your culinary adventures.
