RAAZ Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in New York

First of all where do I start hookah was okay. I thought they were open to all cultures in the community. The staff was great but the owner/dj was horrible. He was just glaring at our group most of the night. When my friend asked him to play a song at first he said okay and he asked what's the song and she told him it's a bengali song and he said in a rude way no we don't do that. Which I felt like was racist towards us. Why would you ask which song and then say no when you hear it's a bengali song? My other friends were shocked as they said they take requests all the time. I would not go there in the future and also I would not recommend any of my friends to go there...just disgusting there's a way to talk to people and that's not one of them, I will never spend or take any of my friends over there....all communities should be accepted and...

Went here with my Paki girlfriend, staff was extremely rude. made me feel uncomfortable since I am white. every time I looked up, they were starring and one of the waiters came by and winked at my girl 4 times and ignored my request for fries. My fiancé and I visited this hookah lounge for some down leisure time while multitasking and get some work/studying completed. Very good ambiance. Newly renovated inside. Food is amazing better than some restaurants quality I must say, my regards to chef again. Hookah is extremely good, flavor is on point, and customer service is astounding. I would recommend this hookah lounge to any and everyone that enjoys hookah and quality food. My fiancé and I will visit...
