Terrible ordering experience, Ordered from here but accidentally ordered to the wrong address and called but when I called the first time he had no clue what to do so I called again and the same guy picked up and we explained the situation thoroughly and after the employee said “stop calling me” and came out very rude. A very rude employee and does not deserve to be employed because he did not know what to do and did not help at all. He was very rude and hung up after his statement and I hope it can be improved and that the terrible employee gets what he deserves and learns that the customer is always right. He should learn to speak to customers in a polite manner and should not act like a baby when answering and trying to fix a situation. I could guarantee that every other pizza place is much better and has better customer service and I think that this guy should not be able to work if he has no idea ok what to do and didn’t even help. Overall this was an experience that should get this guy fired or have better standards of speaking to customers and that this very disrespectful employee should should have some better attitude towards the customers and should that get what he deserves he was very respectful and this idiotic attitude and his very small amount of knowledge should be known by the companies larger and more important people and that he should learn that he is annoying for the non helpful response. I wouldn’t even rate this even 1 star but there’s has to be at least to have a response so I might well just be somewhat nice and give it one star and order...
Read moreI don’t live in New York but came here to visit for a few days. My family and I arrived at our Air BNB late in the evening and we were hungry but didn’t necessarily want to go back out after driving all day. I checked google maps for pizza places and saw a bunch of papa johns around the area and decided to go ahead and order. Some locations were closed at 11, some at 12, and some by 1. I thought I had chosen a location open until 1 and placed my order at 11:30 to be ready in 40 minutes. I received my email like normal that stated my order and the time it would take and the tracking option. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a New York number while I was away from my phone but no voicemail was left so I didn’t think much of it. My family waits and around when the pizza should have arrived we still had not gotten any calls and no new emails. I went to check my email again and tracked the pizza only for it to say that the order had been canceled. So I’m assuming that it was papa johns that called but it was very rude and unprofessional to call and not leave a voicemail just letting me know that they would not be making the order due to them closing at 12. It was an honest mistake on my part but what they did was intentional. Plus Papa Johns needs to implement a feature that sends you a new email if you order is canceled instead of making you go in to track yours just...
Read moreI’ve been ordering from this location for about 6 years, at least once every other month. My order arrived today in about an hour and a half and the food was cold. It was left on the floor outside when I did not request contactless delivery. This is not even the reason why I am taking the time to write this. The lady I spoke with on the phone is very unprofessional, and told me the situation was my fault when I called to tell her about what happened. I responded to a Papa Johns email with what happened, telling the company I was not happy with the service today. She then proceeded with calling me on my cellphone to insult me and when I told her I was never going to order from Papa Johns again, her exact words were “we don’t want customers like you anyway. We won’t die if you won’t order from us.” After 6 years being loyal to this one store, all I wanted was for my food to be placed in my hands, not thrown on the floor.
