It’s June 15th at 5:35pm. I stood there for 3 mins. There was no line and few workers. All but one was making food, I figured that one was as the cashier but she wasn’t initially at the register. I guess the she was looking at some computer at other orders. One of the workers got her attention to notify them that a customer was there. She finally came towards the main window but the phone rang. She took the call while I was standing there first. So I’m waiting there and I guess she’s taking an order or reviewing one. Whatever the case I stood there for another 4 quiet minutes and she didn’t look my way or acknowledge my presence. On the phone or not, she should have asked how could she help me or put the phone on hold and told me she’d be with me in one moment. that was so rude. I can’t get those 7-8 minutes of my life back feeling like a ghost being totally ignored. I will never go there again. This place is so unorganized , it makes no sense. Placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday at around 5:45 pm for delivery. Informed the delivery would arrive between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm. I was perfectly alright with the wait , due to it being a sports time. At 8 pm , when i noticed still not delivery, went to pick it up. Food was not ready. Once i finally received my order , the printed label stated my order was completed at 6: 49 pm. They was aware , it would get real busy , they should have just turned off the Uber eats app and did pick up phone orders only. Gentlemen that was helping with the register had on shades and it was dark outside. very strange.

Read moreTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a large pizza around 12am. They said 20-30 min. The pizza never came. I kept calling to find out when it would come but they kept answering the phone saying "hold!" and then placing people on hold and never picking up the phone. Then I kept calling back but once 2 am came, the recording came on saying they were closed. The food never came and they charged my debit card. I called in the morning and explained what happened the night before only to be told: "We were too busy last night so we didn't get to get everyone their food and we close on time at 2am" I said "well can you have the food delivered now since i was already charged?" and she said "no, contact your bank to reverse the charge, they cant deliver food that was ordered yesterday".
