I found this place on instagram as i was looking for custom cake for my daughters first birthday. I started to message them and from there I ordered a cake. They were so professional right through. I must highlight the customer service and how quick they response to you about any questions. They were also very helpful with making decision. unfortunately i had to cancel the cake but there was no issue with refunding. I will definitely be ordering from them because their proffessionalism is so on point & who doesn’t love a good customer service. I know the cake taste as good and i can’t wait to try it. The worst customer service ever! I'm very disappointed and ashamed of their delivery service. I have ordered a cake for my friend's birthday. Her address is 5 minutes drive time from their bakery. They gave us a time frame, between 9am-3pm. But the delivery was delayed for 2h! I called them a few times and they only gave me some excuses about the traffic. Every time they said that delivery is "10 minutes away". No real heads up, no updates. My friend could've picked up the cake herself if we knew what's going on instead waiting all day and wasting her birthday. They also refused give me a refund aftert that horrible experience. I ordered a Kiev cake for an anniversary as it’s my Ukrainian boyfriend’s favorite cake. I was a bit wary just bc I had to come all the way from West New York to Coney Island and I wasn’t sure it would be worth it (no other bakeries I called knew how, or would make me a Kiev cake), but wow it was so much more beautiful than I anticipated it being.
