Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

I've been to this Taco Bell about two times in a week and they've served me pretty well every time I get the spicy Doritos taco extreme it shatters really quickly which is weird but the food is fine the customer service is on. It's a nice location to have a Taco Bell they keep things very clean so that's something I like in my store plus it's really close to my house which is a couple blocks away. So I enjoyed the walk and it's pretty much OK like it's a good place to have a Taco Bell it's enjoyable you and your friends can go there and get some good food and yeah the staff there is new everybody there is brand spanking new and they come from different Taco Bell's that's OK they just need to speed it up a little more and that's it basically everything there is just fine it's not super excellent but it's just OK and I'm fine with that as long as as long as they keep things clean customer service is on point and they have more than one person at a register and people start moving the items that people order a little more...

First Off Let Me Say The Service Is Horrible , The Lady That Was Making My Order Got Mad Because Her Co Worker Complimented My Coat And Clear As Day Said “Eww Are You Really Into That” Just Incase You Guys Didn’t Understand She Said It In My Face And Rolled Her Eyes At Me , My Boyfriend Who Was Right Next To Me Gave Me His Receipt To Get His Order Which Of Course Was Under His Name And She Yelled Bryan I Said “Yes” She’s Gonna Reply “Your Not Bryan But Here” And Crushes The Tacos The Way She Almost Threw It At Me, After I Said Thankyou With No Attitude She Goes On Break And Goes To Her Co Worker And Talks About Us In Our Faces And Customers Next To Us Clearly Said To Us That Is Crazy And Disrespectful. They need to fire that chick named Samantha. She messes people's order on purpose especially if it's a guy and finds out that he has a wife/girlfriend because she is a hater like that. I know someone personally who used to go there all the time and now he doesn't go there because of her so I decided to test this out myself. I am not going to say when but I went with my wife to order there and she was working there and low and behold, she took our order to do and she messed it up by smearing the nacho cheese inside the bag and we saw this this right after we left the restaurant but it was something we wanted to see for ourselves and we did! Problem is that she is very close to the manager there so she won't get fired but if I bring this up to Corporate maybe they might do something about this girl.
