Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New York

I and 2 other people stood in the store for 10-15mins before someone even came to the front of the store. I had to ask if was anyone taking orders and that's when an employee came out and said they were only doing takeout orders because the delivery truck had just came in. Mind you, I stood there in the empty storefront for 10mins before the truck even pulled up. All of the employees, including the manager, were in the back doing nothing until I asked to place an order. When I asked to speak to the manager an employee who wasn't the manager came out and said the manager said weren't taking in store orders. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out the back and speak to me. I then asked for the managers name and was told it was Chantel. When I asked for her full name so I could call corporate and put in a formal complaint I was denied. Corporate needs to replace the management here because clearly she's not qualified to do her job. Chantel was very unprofessional and rude and should be mopping floors since she doesn't want to engage with customers. This Pizza Hut is the biggest let down in all of the Bronx. The only positive about this location is the staff (very friendly). Other than that, the negatives are in abundance. Let's go down the list shall we? Food is expensive for fast food pizza (ex. $8 dollars for a handful of fries?) Wait time is insane (30-40 minute wait for anything) Salt content is insane (you eat a slice of pizza and feel your blood pressure go through the roof, along with dehydration) Food is cooked in secrecy behind a wall Windows are tinted (like why lol?) Few seating options and they are hidden in the back behind a wall (just remove it and tell people to only get food to go) Food is low quality (taste like the dough was bought from the dollar tree) Food is bland (trying to mask the flavor with cheap cheese and a whole lot of salt)

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's insanity to charge this kind of premium in this section of the Bronx for low...

Just walked out after trying to order at 11:22pm. Immediately the “manager” said he could not take counter orders because he has a delivery to put away in the back. Interrupted me mid sentence to say “are you listening? Come here,” points to his back stock to show products he needs to store in the freezer, as if it was my issue. Idgaf. If you can’t get your staff and deliveries in order, without speaking first time customers as if it’s their problem, sure as hell don’t need their money. Didn’t give an attitude whatsoever and just walked out. Good luck y’all. Avoid this manager’s operation until they get someone who can handle normal operation. It ain’t hard, it’s all simple...
