Plum Blossom Bakery — Restaurant in New York

very cute little bakery! I went 8/12 to check out their soft opening and was enticed by the large selection of cookies. the head chef herself, parvi, let me know they also do custom cakes and may do ready-made cakes in the future, but for now I have to say the cookies are diviiiine! they use vegan marshmallows so most of the items are halal. the oatmeal raisin's raisins are soaked in rum though - good to know! price point was $3/cookie, which is pretty good, compared to other cookie places (also like rush hour in Bayside - and i happened to like the PBB cookies more!) we got the matcha white chocolate macadamia, rocky road, and marshmallow brownies. We loved all three, but particularly the matcha. I also left the cookie fractions we didn't finish out overnight and the humidity got to them by morning and they were delicious the next day too 😅 will definitely be coming back to try the peanut butter, the funfetti, the cranberry, and more!! excited for what's to come!

My 30th birthday cake was ordered from here and it was absolutely fabulous. The cake was exactly what I ordered, and tasted phenomenal too (Chocolate top tier and Vanilla bottom)! The entire ordering/ pickup process was simple and easy considering how extravagant a cake I ordered. My expectations were exceeded. They packed the cake in a very secure manner and even included a cutting guide to ensure we had enough slices for our guest. I definitely recommend Plum Blossom Bakery this was a big order and they truly took care of me like family.

We ordered a cake for our grandson’s first birthday party. We only said dinosaur theme and she came up with this amazing design. The dinosaurs will be something he can play with when he is older and decorate his room nicely now. The lady was so sweet when ordering it and then giving it to us. She even kindly upped the time we could pick it up. Everyone at the party said how delicious the cake was and how gorgeous it was. There was lots of oooing and ahhhing when they saw it and tasted it.
