Shake n Burger — Restaurant in New York

Oh my gosh, this place was PERFECT! We got stranded by JetBlue on JFK. So unhappy. However, we happened upon the most AMAZING Holiday Inn Express right off the AirTrain in Jamaica. Right across the street was this jewel of a take-out restaurant that was open till 2am. Went in, bought 2 3-piece dinners. The gentleman manning the counter was so nice and warm! And, that chicken was, hands-down, some of the best I've ever had! Excellent crust, super juicy, not oily. The rolls were fluffy and warm just the littlest bit of sweetness No butter needed. Macaroni salad was like you get at a church social. The really good kind. And, this place seasons their chicken after they cook it! So tasty! ALMOST more than I could finish, but I soldiered on. Delish. All around, I couldn't be happier with this restaurant. 12/10 would...

Out of town person here...hopefully others in the holiday inn across the street read this....

The BBQ bacon burger...the bacon is best when well done. The sauce is delectable, the meat patty so thin it could slice the cheese I didn't get on this. Even the onions were good.

The Mac & Cheese....it has that caramelized cheese husk over it...the noodles were perfect, and the cheese sauce within....enticing.

Chocolate shake....this i have one complaint, the straw is to miniscule of a diameter to adequately ingest, needs something along the lines of pex, but red because it is so FIRE, seriously this concoction isn't akin to anything you have ever thought was possible.

Even their fries are top notch, thin yet still crispy, some sort of coating that is satisfying.

Food is exquisite, kitchen staff...

This is definitely one of the best fried chicken restaurant around Jamaica. There chicken is excellent especially the chicken breast for me.what make this restaurant even more better. Is that there food taste better then alot of soul food restaurant.

There macaroni and cheese is definitely good,along with there collard greens cooked with chicken in side. Plus there candy yams are top notch. All of this taste better than alot of soul food restaurant in the area.

The staff was friendly and courteous. And the service was good and fast.this is definitely a good chicken slash burger joint. And I cant forget about there grilled burgers. Very tasty and not...
