Beginning with my very first phone call and continuing into the first time I walked into the facility – both Darnicia and Stacey immediately treated me like Family. They exhibited empathy, showed me an extremely clean and well-kept facility (a direct credit to Michael’s diligence and clear pride in securing and running a tight and well managed storage ship.) This Dream Team of “3” also understood my storage needs, recommended thoughtful options, and made the time to help me understand the contract. Their recommendation was exactly what I needed and has made my life so much easier. My storage unit is climate-controlled and located on the first floor, enabling me to drive into the facility, park my car near my storage unit for easy loading and unloading.

During the last four months, I’ve spent lots of time in my storage unit carefully purging possession I no longer need. As a result, I have gotten to know everyone on the Dream Team of “3” on a personal basis. I can confidently say they are ALL GOOD PEOPLE and kindred spirits who have renewed my faith in humanity – particularly against the backdrop of continuous negative news, world suffering and rampant insanity. When at the facility, the Dream Team of 3 always checks in on me and are prompt to address any questions I may have. It’s the “little things” and kind gestures that are important to me – and the Dream Team of 3 has exceeded my expectations of dealing with a challenging moving/storage life situation.

I am currently in the process of transitioning to a smaller storage unit and – here once again – Darnicia, Stacy and Mr. Mike continue to work their magic, assisting me with making the best selections based on my needs.

I take pleasure not only to consistently downsize my unit but also to visit the Dream Team of 3 – who I now consider to be new and wonderful friends. I navigate my life cautiously and am very careful who I let into my life. There are too many sociopaths walking the earth. LOL.

Today I encountered a rude and aggressive employee who identified himself as James at the 138-54, 94th Ave. store. I asked the guy very nicely one simple question regarding how the access code worked when entering and leaving and I got a smart-alecky answer. I tried several other times, rephrasing the question in the most basic way that I could think of just in case I was dealing with a total imbecile and he became more aggressive in his behavior and answer. James sports a beard. However since he talked in a feminine manner, I thought perhaps he was actually a menstruating female for I did nothing to have provoked the reaction that I got from him. At any rate, since I already paid for another month, I will definitely move my belongings to a different storage company and leave CubeSmart and its obviously mentally unstable employee to themselves. And, by the way, this is the same employee who denied me access at 5:50pm, on a week day about two weeks, because, he said, access was not granted into the building after 5:45pm. However, the signs that are posted at entrances to the building clearly indicate that access into the building is until 6pm Monday...

I just traveled 45 miles to get here in the rain, I'm here once in a blue, guess what... The gates don't open when it's raining 😕, why, they say it's a hazard, so I guess going up a steep ramp and stairs is not hazardous in the rain either, I pay for my space, I pay for access, I demand and expect to get what I paid for, the 2 numnuts at the counter are like rocks, I explained to them my situation, and expected a reply of some sort vs silence 🤐 wtf is that? We got animals working here? There were other cars inside.... Reply, they got in B4 the rain, now I have to watch the weather also, that's bs, the higher rents and nothing to show for it, place is a mess with garbage all over the place, just asking for some respect here, I get it, the counter ppl just follow rules, where does it say that no cars in during rain, wonder what happens in the snow? This is a bad rep for this facility, and I was just getting to like it, they might say no drinks in my car on a hot day while parked on the parking...
