1. They sold out of items I ordered and purchased got my money back for those.
2. never received the other items I asked for a refund and the say they put it through a week later I still didn't get the refund in my account. I call them back and they say it says its processing. a few days later i call again as I still didn't receive my refund. To make this short I have called them over 4 times and it has now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This company stole my money and refuses to give it back and keeps pretending that my refund is processing. No refund I have ever got ever has taken more than 5 days to be refunded. I love BoxLunch. This particular location isn't the largest one I've been to, but they do have a very nice selection of merchandise and a small kiosk out front, with additional merchandise (often 1 theme). The merchandise rotates frequently and seems to change at least bi-weekly. They have everything from mugs to baby onsies, accessories, t-shirts and more. This is a great place to find gifts or treat your own fandom. At the staten island mall box lunch I been meaning to write a review about how great Taylor and Alyssa are!!!
