Burlington — Local services in New York

I went to shop tonight 12/24. The night staff was rude. The lost prevention guy was also rude. The cashier immediately told me when I went to return and replace, " this is going to take to long, and I do not have the access. I said to her, I come in here twice a week, and have returned items previously with no problem. This cashier stood there and looked at me like I was crazy., then had the audacity to stand in front of me and talk about me to her colleagues. The manager did to little to assist. On top of that, here comes lost prevention a spanish guy. He has the nerve to say, "they all act the same. I was shocked. The issue had nothing to do with lost prevention, but he inserted himself. I just wanted to complete my transaction and move on. The line was very long,with not too many casheirs available. No one said anything to this girl about her behavior at all. There was one nice lady who did assist me. I normally go to Burlington at Gateway, but this one on Pennsylvania Ave is closer to me. I would much rather go to Gateway. I've never had an issue there. The Pennsylvania Ave location have very respectful, helpful workers during the day. The night staff is the worse. They act like a clique. That lost prevention guy was so out line and I bet fromthe way he handled me, he will most certainly have issues in the future with others. Over all, I love Burlington,. This store should get ZERO STARS. It is a total waste of space, the racks are empty, its so disorganized and cluttered. I am happy that there are jobs available for residents in ENY. But this is the worse Burlington I've been in and they only been open a couple of weeks. I will never return to that location again. This store is a disgrace to our community.

I returned to this location hoping for a better experience. NOPE the same disorder, there was a line with one register opened. There was another person but she was "moving around like she was busy". I have no clue what the purpose of this location. Nothing but a big cluttered mess. The boys dept is terrible as well as every other department. I rather go to Green Arces but if necessary I would go to Gateway, yet I'm walking distance to Pennsylvania and Wortman. A serious...

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Absolutely racist and horrible here. The lady at the fitting room, Caucasian female possibly late 50s, was very racist and verbally abusive towards my mom. She was there on a Saturday. She then had security guards, who were also very rude, follow my mom as she was putting back clothes she picked out in an attempt to make the lady’s job easier. The fitting room lady then continued to yell at her. The manager came then talked to my mom and was very kind, however she said this isn’t the first racist incident that has happened involving the fitting room lady.
