I can't believe this is still being considered as an iconic place. Not only is this the worst Rosa's but quite possibly one of the worst pizzas I have ever had including being compare to those $1 pizza places.
The pizzas are soggy, the toppings are dry, the squares are supposed to be cheesey and saucy on top, fluffy in the middle and crispy at the bottom. But instead the whole thing feels like sauce and cheese on top of a bread and not in a good way, they didnt kept it properly thus the food sweats from its own steam thus making it soggy and wet.
The restrooms are horrendous. Now I can't blame it on the staff since its the customers who uses it and doesn't clean up after the mess. But still I just had to say it. Also the surrounding area doesnt have a good spiritual feel to it. Make sure to say prayer or wish good will towards others when you leave this area. Because theres some negative energy around that area even during the day time and there are lights. You can still feel some dim or some kind of emotional fog when you go near there.
I know I am going to enrage alot of maspethches and newtowners by saying that their favorite pizza place isnt good. But we have to be honest here folks. Instead of you folks, giving good reviews solely based on nostalgia, you just have to say it for what it is. It's not fair that you lure other people on the other side of the town with your dishonest but good intended reviews. Make them waste their time and money making pizza pilgrimage there, only to find a great disappointment of...
Read moreI've been going to Rosa's since the original on Grand Avenue. So moving over to 69th Street should have been an upgrade.. and it was for a long time. But recently (even pre-pandemic) (about 5-6 years) it certainly has gone down in many areas. Service is horrible. Quality is subpar. And the worst is you never know what you are going to pay.. Everytime I go in there and get the same thing the price is different. They don't have a set menu with prices. You can order the same thing and it isn't the same twice in a row. I'm not saying it's terrible. I'm saying that if you get something and its good don't think the next time it is going to be the same. It may be better but probably not!! I don't know what is wrong with them now it's like they don't care. The place seems very unkept, messy, and unloved. I go there almost as a default place. But it's very annoying 🙄 I don't have any great expectations when I go there. If I did I would be totally disappointed. The funny thing is over the memorial day weekend I was going to a BBQ I would ordinarily bring a couple of trays because family moved to Long Island and miss it but this year they said not to because the last few years was a disappointment 😢 They rather remember the way it was. There was a whole discussion about Rosa's deterioration at the BBQ. I pray they begin to take pride in there pizzeria/ Restaurant as they once did as the immigrants that they came here as and had pride in...

These bacteria thrive in the "Danger Zone" between 40°F and 140°F (4°C and 60°C), with their numbers doubling approximately every 20 minutes. Leaving chicken out at room temperature for extended periods, especially above 90°F, increases the risk of bacterial growth and foodborne illness. Here's why: Rapid Multiplication: Bacteria, including Salmonella and Campylobacter, multiply quickly in the temperature range where most...
