San Feng — Restaurant in New York

This restaurant is totally terrible !!!! We walked in 3pm and whole restaurant only has one table - my table. And then we waited 40 minutes and nothing came out. We asked the waitress and they told us: the chef is still on the way . ???!!!! Chef is still on the way?? If you do not have chef why you guys open restaurant please when an restaurant even doesn't have a chef to cook just close the restaurant!!! So we have to wait one hour to wait this amazing chef to come to restaurant? Chef is owner's brother, so he can decide when he is in restaurant or not? Ridiculous!!! And the only dish came out is scallops. They use the scallops sold in supermarkets for microwave cooking. So they don't have fresh seafood for...
