Secrets Lounge — Restaurant in New York

The bartender was weird. Went in there after work to do hookah which is advertised while I wait for my nail appointment a few blocks up. I asked them if they accept card as payment... obviously a debit card she said yes, then acted shocked that I wanted to smoke it by myself. Then weirdly asked to check my id held it for a while... mind you i had 2 ids on me including my work ID badge as I've just come from working in the city. She then adid across the bar if one of the girls "feels" like making hookah. The girl shook her head no. Then she goes downstairs comes back up and says there's no hookah. How you go from saying you have hookah, and that y'all accept card to not having any. Felt very discriminatory. Won't be spending the money that I have here. BEWARE - secrets upsells their food and charges you more than what it says on the menu. They also don't give you a proper receipt unless you ask so you don't know. Terrible service . The woman who took our order was very salty and so was the food. Won’t be back but have to eat it...
