ok lets start with the easy stuff , the interior looks nice what you can see of it , so many tables so many decorations on tables it distracts from the place ! bathrooms are very clean but the size of a closet ,they should have been placed somewhere other then where they are people at tables in back can look right in when door is open Ahhhh not good ! waiters are very fast , to many managers that are not dressed professional this will show in peoples pictures ! tables and chairs very nice but they put 10-12 people to each table to many ! no room to move in and out , no elbow room to congested at tables ! with allthe people at tables they had to many plates cups bowls etc not including the wedding set ups flowers etc ! first time there you dont know what glass belongs to you and so on . you have to move things around just to get to what you want ! the sliced meats on table looked dry , sorry cant talk about food so much I didnt eat anything because no one explained to me from resturant or wedding party how things work ! and I got there a little late ! the staff when my guest and I arrived told us several times we had to leave because private party even though we were trying to show them we had name plates that was hand written on folded paper ( cheap ) ! maybe it was because im an american the looks I got from staff ! Now I start to see some of the staff start picking up plates and sliding what was left over on one plate and putting it onto another plate at table !!! this should not have been done ! you do that at your house not in a restaurant that is overpriced for what they are serving ! And as far as the Dj the american music he played was not dance music for the average person he played music from beyonce and JLO music that is good for dancers not the average guy besides dance floor was only a 10x12 ! Management is disgusting , not worth of your money, those ppl have no customer service at all. Made a reservation a week ago, gave them down payment and discussed what tables I want. We agreed on everything.One day prior to the event they literally made me cancel my reservation because they got a request for a wedding party. This was supposed to be a kids birthday party where children were already invited, of course there are many other places where we can go but but treating ppl like that is unacceptable. The way they handled the whole situation was unacceptable!!! They were very rude and unprofessional on the phone and have no idea on how run the business. Here some of the words that I heard from their manager “ I’m The daughter of the owner so I won’t loose my job” “ oh so you came to this country and learn how to give a review?” That’s what I heard from them!!!! 10000 times think before you deal with those cheap ppl... The only thing good about this place is it's bright decoration that can hold it's one star rate. Other than this is not worth to give a star. To start of, they didn't provide seats that I requested and booked few days ago with down payment for banquet and even with rude attitude, dean waiter rejected to provide it even though seats were empty. Secondly, foods were not fresh nor well cooked. Despite, I order event few days earlier, they just provided me frozen food that are prepared few days ago. Also, dishes are not tasty compared to it's price. You just will need to bite it to feel it's taste and won't be able to eat rest. Additionally, waiters arr not attentive for calls and will hold back for rest of the night once they see you are serving yourself. If you gave down payment, don't forget to mention it. Otherwise it won't be deducted from your final payment and they will...
