Not sure where to go here. This place is a takeout place. 2 tiny tables ony and no ambience. I was amazed by the pork dumplings but i hated the pad thai. The pork dumplings are small but the filling was so subtly seasoned that my taste buds went "ahhhh"! The pad thai had a lot of bean sprouts that the whole dish tasted like bean sprouts. The bad thing about that was that the pad thai otherwise had no flavor. Im just that way with pad thai though. Most places dont have pad thai that i love anyhow.

I ordered the masaman curry with chicken and it was the best I ever had. The spices melded together so well. I’m a chef who grew up and makes a excellent curry myself and I have to applaud them. I walked in and service was gracious and fast. I barely got into tick tock and I was walking out.

Pretty good food, pretty good service. They do take out, delivery, and eat-in (though the shop is very small). Not fancy, but not bad. $10 for dinner.

Tonight I got drunken noodles. The quantity was so small & I paid $10.95 for something that hardly covered my plate. Right now I'm leaving the place still hungry. What's worse is that they don't take credit cards. The lady didn't tell me that when she took my order. It wasn't until after I ate my food (which really didn't take too long to do since there was hardly any food on my plate.), & went back to the counter to pay my bill that I saw a tiny hand-written sign saying "Cash Only". The guy told me that I could go to their web page & pay for my dinner online with a credit card. WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD PAY FOR A DINNER THAT THEY JUST ATE ONLINE AFTER THEY ATE IT?! Since I'm an honest person, I walked back out in 16 degree weather past the same group of guys that had been smoking drugs in front of the restaraunt during my entire time there-45 minutes (20 minutes eating & the rest sitting, checking my phone). I could smell the weed from these guys every time someone opened the reztauaunt's door, & NO ONE FROM THE STAFF HAD THE NERVE TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE OR CALL THE POLICE! So I communicated my complaints to the guy & he rudely told me that everyone knows they're a cash only place. NOT TRUE. They're near one of the largest colleges in NYC & have only been open for 4 months. Not EVERYONE knows that! Then he tried to argue with me when I insisted on just getting my change and leaving. Then he continued to be rude & told me that if I leave a complaint, he'll reply back. Good luck to them. I'm not coming back & I don't recommend that anyone goes there. Not with those small portions & poor service We deserve...

The lady at the counter was kinda dumb, I ordered my food and sat there for less than 10 minutes, she didn’t seem that she wanted to serve but that’s fine, then when I was about to leave I wanted to clean up that table for her, and I brought the container to her and asked if I could dump it into the trash can, she said no? Then where was i supposed to leave the trash? i was sure that she'd have an attitude if i just left it on the table, so i was kind enough to take the trash with me. I wish people who plan to go there all know that they should be aware that no trash is allowed...

Best Crab Rangoon yet around the 10031 area, like that they are on the crispy side and they are shaped like little cups at the top to hold the sauce :)

Best Tom Yum soup in the area too.

I also had the Thai fried rice which was good but the pork was very light, and seemed sort of flavorless. I almost thought it was chicken. There also wasn’t any tomatoes in rice which I have had before.

Thai ice tea was okay, but the tea tasted a little stale/old/bitter.

But I’ll definitely come back! In all, it was a better experience in terms of food quality than other Thai...
