I have been waiting since June to make this review because I had to dispute the charge with my bank after dealing with an unruly merchant. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! I had an appointment at this nail salon on 06/22 at 3:30pm. I originally booked for a french tip mani and pedi. The inspiration pictures I showed had little flowers, beautiful colors, I was so excited. I should’ve left the salon once I got there and noticed only ONE woman working throughout the entire salon and I waited OVER AN HOUR TO BE SEEN! If it wasn’t for the fact that my lovely husband was paying the bill and encouraging me: I would’ve went the hell home. Once I sat in the pedicure chair I asked the woman working THREE TIMES if she was able to do the design I wanted, she said yes, I pick my colors. Yall: this was the sloppiest french tip pedicure I’ve ever seen in my life. The french tip was uneven and streaky, it looked like my 6 y/o niece did it. We moved onto doing my acrylic mani. I wish i took pictures and videos of her applying the acrylic: SHE NEEDS HER LICENSE REVOKED! It was so thick on my pinky nail I had to ask her FIVE times to thin it out and make it even. I was ignored, my skin was covered in acrylic product (which burned me badly so I can only assume she was using monomer which is ILLEGAL IN THIS STATE). Then at the end of this terrible salon service I was bullied into tipping! But wait: THERE’S MORE! I thought the application process was hell but my nails, to this day, are still recovering from what she did to me. On my thumb there was so much monomer, and product, on my flesh that I had to cut a chunk of my flesh out in order to get it off. Within a week of getting this “service” nails were popping off, I had to go to the doctors twice to be seen for possible infections, and the cuticle on the thumb of my left hand is permanently damaged. Truth be told: I should’ve sued for all the hell this put me through. I’m so glad I was able to get my money back from this salon and I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Worst pedicure I have gotten in at least 10 years. Woman jammed cuticle pusher with a huge amount of force, did not make my nails even, only trimmed cuticles on one side & then clearly talked about me to the woman next to her when I asked her to do the other side, barely "pumiced" my heels, left nail polish on my skin, and didn't apply a top coat. The best thing I can say is it was so fast, I was done, including drying, in about 1/2 hour. I paid the $23 and when I gave her the $5 she gave me back and asked for the change, she tried to keep the whole $5. I still tipped her $4, since I know they are under paid, but in what world would such a sub-standard job deserve over 20%? This is not a satisfactory job. I suck at doing my own nails, but even I do a better job than this.

My 2nd time coming here I went to the lady on the furthest end towards the back. She was extremely rough and left me bleeding. I asked for a manicure with a clear gel. I previously went to them to get the same so I still had gel from the last time I visited. She did not completely remove the gel and applied the new gel as you can see it’s still prevalent in some of the nails. I do not recommend this place as I signaled the lady that did my nails the last time to give the current lady a better understand, she proclaims it’s just my nail. I told her I came to you last time and this did not occur. She just waves me off. They still charged me $33. I gave her 30 and she waved me off as well. Very unprofessional. Go to someone else this place may be cheaper but it’s not worth it.
