Solletto Astoria — Restaurant in New York

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got to this lounge around 11:45 and stayed for and hour and left. The music was trash, the dj only played love songs, when people came to dance and enjoy their time. It's also 40$ at the door which is very crazy for a place that truly isn't all that. I hated the fact that people were smoking weed just open in the area, making it not considerate for the people who don't smoke at all. I didn't even buy a drink or food. They gave my friend a hard time to come in and when we asked for our money back, it became an issue with the owner. If you're looking for a lounge to go with your friends please ,please don't go here. As I was sitting outside with my friends I saw plenty people who came in with me leave shorty after I did. This place really needs to work on their ambience, and customer service. What I will say is security does a great job of making sure that people are safe and that you aren't getting in there with things you shouldn't. But that's all... 0 out of 10 would...

Will not be coming here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a good time. I didn’t have my physical ID so security charged me $20 to let me in. The security guard that does the searching was so nasty and had a terrible attitude. After finally getting inside, it was $40 for the entry fee. Plus, they wanted us to hang up our coats in their closet for another $5. If we didn’t hang our coats it was an additional $10 to keep it. The guy standing at the entrance into the lounge still eat some people in without them having to pay for it to be hung up. Then proceeded to say that he can pick and choose who he allowed with a coat on to enter. UNACCEPTABLE! The whole night it felt like they were making up policies as the night went along. Luckily, after entering the vibes weren’t too bad but it was basically empty at 1AM on a Saturday night. It didn’t start jumping until after 2AM. Do not waste your time or...

This place is very unprofessional. We got a whole section last night for 15 ppl that was the size of a cottage.. half the group couldn’t get in because of the bouncer. He was just disrespectful outside, he being strict on females but let a group of guys in with ski masks on they face , really.. so we basically picking to be dangerous. They took 1hr just to come out with the bottles and the food is trash and cold. If you’re planning a birthday party there just DONT!!! Take your money and party else where you will have a fun somewhere else. Not worth...
