This Starbucks need some serious turnover in barista, cashier to management.... I've been coming to this location for atleast 6 years and most of the previous employees are gone but the last few visits in the past few months have really thrown me off.... Rude servers and baristas that are lazy in drink making..... I pointed out that my 2 ice vente refreshers were not mixed with the mixer and the Batista asked me kindly at first if I wanted them mixed.. . Of course I said yes because this is not the first time this issue happened here..... The proportions were messed up and the Batista gave me back my 2 mediocre made drinks and he flipped the next customers cup onto the table.... I felt bad for that customer because I wouldnt want my cup to be a mess on the counter plus I worked at Starbucks for a few years before and I know it's intense (59 and Lexington) and stressful but I came at 6pm.... It wasn't very busy.... Do your job and keep your attitude at home. I remember at my store the tips were good which is why I try my best to tip when possible but the only tip I have for this visit is this review... Please Starbucks look into...
Read moreI am a regular customer at Starbucks, especially at this store near my home. However, recently, I've been somewhat dissatisfied with their products and the attitude of the staff. The issue arises because I consistently order the same drink, ice espresso with extra oat milk and extra cold foam. In the past, I always received a full cup, but recently, I've only been getting half a cup from their store. Today, I received a response from their store manager, Bryant, stating that my order is supposed to be only half a cup. According to him, getting a full cup anywhere else is a mistake, emphasizing that their store follows the correct standard. I'm very puzzled because I've received full cups from them before, so who is actually at fault here? The attitude of the staff made me feel like it's my problem, and the manager's way of handling the issue left me speechless. For a global coffee chain, the lack of consistent quality control and varying staff attitudes is truly...
Read moreThis location has an amazing manager! The 18th Avenue site, 86th Street, and occasionally Cropsey Avenue are the subjects of the evaluation. The staff, however, occasionally displays incompetence. Regardless of how frequently you visit and order the same thing, they consistently manage to get it wrong. You'd think I was requesting some strange coffee that no one has ever heard of, lol. The barista displays an attitude and becomes annoyed when you point out that they missed something or that this is not what you wanted. Although not all baristas are affected, this does apply to most of them.
I believe that these staff members require twice-yearly in-service training in customer service and the preparation of the wide range of drinks they serve. I detest having to debate over how I like MY coffee and paying $10...
