Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

This place is horrible. All the workers there need to be fired. This is the worst Starbucks they never follow instructions. The drinks are never the same. It’s a franchise, All the drinks should taste the same not different every time it ordered. They need to be trained properly because they don’t know what they’re doing. I was so happy when I saw this Starbucks was being but at this appointment. I’d rather go to the one by the library on Main Street. It’s a better service the drink I order always taste the same. Coffee is terrible. Tastes watered down and lukewarm. How can coffee not be hot at 8:30am? Food is terrible and overpriced for what you get. Staff are unpleasant and don't smile with the exception of the lady who does the baked foods. On one occasion, I waited for over 10 minutes for coffee order while staff was just mopping and wiping down the beverage area. Another time, I waited a long time b/c no one checked the mobile order machine. Never an apology either for long delays. Starbucks needs to step up this location inside the hospital. The female cashier had an attitude, she didn’t want to make my coffee I asked for two large blondes and she said we don’t have enough I said I’ll wait then she said we only have enough for one cup. Then I said I want two blonde coffee how long will it take I’ll wait she said 5 min. She just gave me old coffee and my cups wasn’t full.she was supposed to make a new pot since I was willing to wait. But she just gave me what was left old not hot coffee.
