Subway — Restaurant in New York

Visited your establishment October 27, using the $6.99 foot long coupon on the app. I will say I was very disappointed with the portions I received. There was barely any chicken, bacon or cheese, but plenty of veggies. I’m not sure if I received this treatment because I used a coupon but this is my 2nd time having an issue with you guys while using a coupon. The first time I used a coupon it was for 3 chicken bacon ranch footlongs and the worker helping me became visibly annoyed. Coupons will always exist, either serve people the correct portion they would get if they bought it full price or don’t take coupons all together. There’s a reason most of my visits here are to get a pack of cookies and nothing more. Also another thing I didn’t like is they have the area where they add your meat and cheese covered off so patrons can’t see the small portions they are getting. I can see right through your sneaky tactics...

There was only one worker and one guy who seemed like he was the manager/owner. Although my order was a large one, the man who seemed to be the owner watched the worker make my large order. He stood around doing nothing and packaged orders very slowly. When I confronted him about why it took forever to have my order made, he told me that there were a lot of customers despite the fact that I was the only one there and also told me that the time the subway app tells you the order will be done is not the actual time. Very poor quality of service. There was not a lot of meat or sides in the sandwich as well.

While I waited for my order, I looked around and there were bread crumbs everywhere and even pieces of sandwiches...

The sandwich was great tasting. I will give the 2 stars only for that. But honestly I waited SO long for it and it kind of killed my appetite by the time I actually got it. There were 2 workers there and for some reason, they were sO slow. It wasn’t that crowded. I have been to subways where it is crowded and even they work a lot faster. The lady took her sweet time separating the cheese slices and I was getting soo aggravated. The other workers hands were shaking nonstop throughout him making the orders. And he was working on an online order which took him like 15 mins and the delivery man was just waiting for him to finish. I just wish the service was...
