Subway — Restaurant in New York

AWFUL EMPLOYEES! I walk in Greeted them friendly, he is rude the entire time. I ordered a foot long Vegetable sub no meat. He was extremely skimpy with the veggies and I kindly asked for more (wouldn’t mind paying more but it was barely anything) and he kept ignoring me yelling what else, what else, what else, I said again to please add more as I’m not getting any meat. He continued to yell at me saying I only get six cucumbers. What the heck??? I didn’t mind paying IF I had to but that’s crazy a 10$ sub with nothing on it. I then asked for a drink and he yells at me there’s no ice in the store… fine. I pay and check out and I said to him. “Thank you for being so nice” as I’m walking out he is screaming at me in front of other customers. “NEXT TIME YOU ONLY GET 6 PIECES GET OUT OF HERE” … I work in service. My whole life. This was my last 20$ and I wanted something for dinner. We are all struggling and his attitude, rudeness, and mean demeanor was completely insulting. Have no luck with this place. Stopped using it, gave a long tine to see if things would change, but if it is not one problem, like service, it is another one, like the food per si. This is my 2nd bad review of this place, and I do not do it just for doing it, but expecting that something changes. This time, I used the promo 2x1 footlongs, ordering a #18 (BMT) and the new #31 (Cheesy Garlic Steak) - what a waste, getting home, when I looked at the #31, it seams that the 2x1 was 1x1/3 - my #31 was so emptied, that made me totally surprised - seams that they kept 2/3 of what was supposed to be in it (maybe because was the 2x1), anyway, it was shameful, and one more time, I will keep away from that place. Thought in forgetting Subway completely, but realized that I will just go to another location, if they do not want my hardly owned money, I will look for a better place that deserves it - keep away from there, or check your sandwiches before leaving, can avoid really...

I am a regular customer of this subway and every month I intend to poorly review this subway, but yesterday was the tipping point. I keep going back because its cheap and quick, but this is the worst service I've ever had at a Subway. Yesterday I ordered two subs and asked for spinach. The guy put exactly four small spinach leaves on the foot long. I asked him for more, he added 1 extra. I told him to charge me extra if he needed to but that I need more spinach. He put two more. He then proceeded to add exactly 6 olives to the foot long. Before this visit I was charged extra for cucumber. I complained to them then and the girl said she doesn't make the rules. If Subway the company is the reason for this, Subway should be ashamed of themselves! But as I believe this is specific to this location, they need to be reprimanded.
