I'm a new customer and I waited for a while to leave a review to see how consistent they are with the orders and delivery. They didn't disappoint. They give you a specific time of when the order will arrive and every time the delivery guy arrives 5 mins before the expected time. The delivery guy is also polite and practiced social distancing. The items were packed very well.

This review is for the lunch bento boxes and appetizers. Very impressed with the food. Everything arrived still hot which is a plus. The spring rolls and tempura are crispy. The fried chicken was also crispy and seasoned well. The scallions pancake was a bit darker than expected but still very good and crispy. I guess I'm just used to the lighter and thicker Chinese scallion pancakes.

The bento boxes are definitely worth the price. You get plenty that it's enough to fill you up. We ordered the shrimp tempura, general TSO, sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. I like how thinly sliced the cucumber is that my 3 year old gobbled up all the California rolls. I usually just get her Avocado roll since she doesn't like cucumber but she enjoyed this one. She was also happy to receive a free Neko for chopsticks with our first order. The miso soup is just right. Not too salty and the dressing is not mixed in the salad so it's not soggy. Wow this has been one of the most impressive place I tried in Jamaica. Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was of the utmost quality- fresh & tasty. We didn’t regret on anything we ordered here. Turned out to be our goto place now. The shrimp tempura roll was mouthwateringly delicious, stealer of the show, a must try! My friend got the taro bubble tea it was extremely good. The lychee bubble tea was also great, a very fresh natural taste. And one thing i must mention is how sweet the staffs were. Won us totally. Their hospitality was heartwarming. They even gave us cute complimentary gifts. If I Could give 0 or - for customer service I would have given that Today I ordered 2 rolls of spicy tuna crunch roll and 2 rolls of California roll Maybe the lady in the cashier misunderstood and start arguing with me they watch the camera but she is denying the fact I ordered them she tell me to call the manager later I told her ok call the manager she said I am the manager Worst customer service if you don’t know to give the responsibility of a restaurant to somebody nice who have manners and don’t know how to deal with customers teach them first it the restaurant owner...
