Tacos El Torito — Restaurant in New York

I am very disappointed! Very bad service! I have ordered 5 tacos for delivery, and I had to wait over 1 hour, I had called them back and the woman had said my food was on the way and still waited another 10mins and my food still havent arrived! Called them back again and the person who answered the phone who was the same woman had rudely answered back saying she didn't had a delivery guy to deliver my food so she LIED!! My food was NEVER on the WAY!! Then few minutes later I called back again to confirm if my food was still going to be delivered and the same woman had lied again saying that delivery guy was outside my door waiting for me to come DOWNSTAIRS!! And still, NO ONE was outside my door!!! At the end I had to order from a different place and got it less than 15mins. Honestly, I totally DON'T recommend this food truck!! And never ordering from this place...

I order food on March 13 Wednesday going into March 14 Thursday at 12:30 am it took them 25 mins to get my food ready I ordered a torta demilensa de pollo. I got home and started eating it and didn’t realized until I had taken a bite and it was tuff to chew and felt like the chicken wasn’t cooked properly I check and the chicken is pinkish the whole chicken was bad and now I’m dealing with bad stomach pains and abdominal pain as well for almost 2 days now since that day and I know it’s this place because it was the only thing I ate report this place to the health department they have bad work practices and I don’t recommend this place at all stay away for your...

I ordered a quesadilla and tacos from here. Quesadilla was not fresh, the tacos were no good with their limes that look like they were cut days ago with no juice in them. Absolutely bad. There is a new restaurant across the street next to the Mexican grocery store that I would recommend 100% better...
