Tasty's Diner — Restaurant in New York

Stay FAR away!! Will never go there again because the owners are extremely nasty to customers and they especially hate children! I went there yesterday with my children for breakfast and while we were waiting for our meal, my son was playing with his toy cars and not silent -which is typical for a 3 year old boy. A little while after we ordered the mother who is also owner, came over and rudely told us that my son caused customers to leave-He was only playing and not sitting in silence, which again is typical for a boy his age. I told her ok we are going to leave-which in reality I wasn't obligated to even do. Instead of leaving it at that both mother and daughter owners began insulting us on the way out with very nasty comments in front of my children. She said I shouldn't bring my children out to restaurants if I do not know how to parent them and I should not have children if l do not know how to raise them and that people like me should not have children. She called us "villagers" and other nasty remarks and this continued as we exited the diner. Even as we had exited and were standing outside in front of the diner her daughter opened the door and yelled at us "get off my sidewalk or I'll call the police!!" Can you imagine? Who in their right mind threatens to call the police on a mother with a 2 year old and 3 year old all because my 3 year old son was "being noisy"? To say she and her mother are psychotic would probably be an understatement! I do not want anyone else's children to feel this way from these horrible restaurant owners who are so mean especially to children! These people should not be running a diner when they hate people and treat them so bad! It broke my heart to see my children kicked out of the restaurant and be treated this way! We have taken my children to many restaurants and high end restaurants and have never been spoken to so nasty in all our lives! Besides the rudeness, the diner was super filthy. Towards the back inside the diner it even stunk like a urinal-Rats maybe?? will never go...

I didn't go there often. Maybe once of 3 months with my family when we go to Astoria to see my elderly mother in law. Went there today with my husband and daughter. I ordered the Atkins burger and my husband ordered a bacon cheese burger, my daughter got quesadillia. The food came out very fast. I cut into my burger and the meat was completely raw. I decided to eat around it and the egg/bacon on in and just not make a fuss. My husband had 3 bites and stopped , just ate fries as his burger was also raw...we just asked for the bill and just wanted to leave ASAP. The waiter brought us a check and I pointed out to him that the meat was raw and his only response was "yeah...I thought so". So you thought so and served it anyway. Took the remaing food figuring we would nook it in the microwave. I just chopped up my burger and ate around the edges. Tasty's lost 3 customers today....too many other options in Astoria to pay $63 for...

Food was delivered 2 hours after the order was placed, and was missing items. Multiple phone calls over the course of the last hour waiting for it to show up. Lied to about expected delivery times. One last call after the delivery, to to complain about the missing items... Was offered a redelivery of the missing items, but I did not want to wait 2 more hours. Asked to just send back the difference in cash, plus the tip, and was told to speak with a manager that would be in after 3pm. When I arrived and started to explain to the manager, she was immediately aggressive, telling me that the morning crew told her not to give me anything. Called seamless to discuss a refund, and she asked me to leave. I told her that I would leave when this was resolved. She told me to "Get the f**k out of my store" Threatened to call the cops, then did. Before she was off the phone with 911, my issue was resolved, and I left. Needless to say I...
