Brooklyn's Park Slope | The Latest Ramen & Milk Tea Spot 🍜🥤

.My husband and I wanted to surprise our children with bubble tea which they love. We ordered four bubble teas, popcorn chicken, takoyaki octopus balls, fried squid tentacles, and steamed pork bao buns. Below are the pros and cons of the drinks and food. Pros: • We enjoyed the bubble tea. The flavors were exceedingly delicious. (4/5) • Our children loved the five-spice seasoning on the popcorn chicken. (1/5) • Takoyaki octopus balls' taste was good. (2/5) Cons: • Pearl Tapioca were stuck together, making it hard to drink the tea. • Popcorn chicken was cold and lacked freshness. • Fried squid tentacles were exceedingly oily, overcooked, cold, and tasted stale. (1/5) • Takoyaki octopus balls were cold as if they had been out for a while. • Steamed pork bao buns were dry, cold, and seemed old. (1/5) Update: We came back to Tbaar for the second time. Even though the food want great the last time we went the bubble tea was. I attached some photos of this visit.

I really enjoyed my milk black tea with bubbles and a milk foam cap! Choosing 25% sugar and ice made it just right — not overly sweet and not overloaded with ice, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that they don’t offer milk black tea without bubbles, so even if you want it plain, you’ll still be charged the bubble tea price. Also, when I asked at the counter to customize the amount of bubbles, the staff pointed me to the self-service machine, but unfortunately, the machine doesn’t allow you to adjust that. It would have been nicer if the interaction felt a bit more helpful. Overall, the drink was great, but the service could use a little improvement.

I don’t have a better way of saying this service sucks, staff suck you’ll have to order through a touch screen. I decided to try this place out for the first time and I accidentally hit some lychee boba instead of regular. Just like any other place if it’s a mistake or you’re unsatisfied they’ll give you what you want. NOT HERE first off they just put my drink on the counter didn’t say the number. I had a sip and realized I picked the wrong boba thought no problem I’m sure I can get regular she was like NO I said it’s my first time here I want to try it she went to get some other girl and she was like no we don’t do that. Long story short go spend your money with businesses that care or a small buisness who...
