Tex's Chicken And Burgers — Restaurant in New York

This place needs some serious quality assurance. We have ordered from there several times and not a single time that we got our order right. Something has to be either missing or messed up one way or another. No matter how many times we stress how we want something done it has to be done wrong. The last time I told them please make sure to not put cheese on my son's burger because he is allergic, and guess what? We ended up looking for yesterday's leftovers for him to eat at home. I have a feeling that I am not the only angry customer. When I was picking up my order there was a customer there screaming his lungs out because it seems that he tried to reach the owner of the place and failed. Tonight was going bad… was at the Texas chicken store at 52nd street and experienced one of the worst experiences from the cashier… lefted the store and came here on 77st. Guess who I’ve seen? Farhan!!! The worker from 52nd street!!! He was the reason that kept me going to 52nd street with GREAT Customer service and please to help out with no rush… I guess things happen for a reason and now I know my to go place at night when hungry!!! I've had mixed experiences at Texas Chicken and Burgers in the past, but tonight's visit was truly exceptional, all thanks to Yonus, the cashier. He stood out with his friendly demeanor and outstanding service. Not only did he handle my order with efficiency and care, but he also went above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed and valued. His positive attitude and great interactions with everyone in the restaurant created such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It’s rare to see someone bring this level of dedication and energy to a fast-food setting. Kudos to Yonus for setting a high standard for customer service.
