Tharn Thai is a true gem in the neighborhood, offering an authentic dining experience that's hard to come by. Their Signature Pad Thai, wrapped in a delicate egg crepe, is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The noodles are perfectly seasoned, with a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess that exemplifies the dish's traditional flavors.
The Soft Shell Crab with Papaya Salad is an absolute standout. The salad is refreshing and crisp, with just the right amount of tang to complement the savory, tender crab. It's a mouthwatering combination that keeps you craving more with every bite.
The Crispy Pork with Sweet homemade sauce is another must-try. The portion is generous, and the pork is cooked to perfection, with a satisfying crunch that pairs wonderfully with the sweet and aromatic ginger sauce.
The Thai Crab Meat Fried Rice is a delightful balance of simplicity and sophistication. The crab's sweetness complements the rice's umami-rich flavors, creating a satisfying and flavorful experience. It’s the kind of comfort food that warms the soul and leaves you craving more.

Food is the owner’s #1 priority since opening three months ago, and wow, they know exactly what they’re doing. The quality here is nothing short of excellent. New York isn’t known for its Thai food the way Boston is, but this restaurant is up there (if not above) Boston’s best.
Since discovering this place two weeks ago, this is our fourth time coming here in fourteen days. Every time I have ordered something different on the menu, and not once have I been disappointed.
Apps: try the Moo Ping, Soft Shell Crab Papaya Salad, and Chicken Larb. Even if they’re a little out of your comfort zone, you will not regret it.
Mains: the best Massaman curry I’ve ever had. Highly fragrant and complex, it’s worth the trip out if this is your favorite curry. Their Pri Khing (with your protein of choice) is phenomenal. I’ve also had their pad see ew and pad Thai, and they’re both excellent.
The waiters are exceptionally kind and attentive.

Appetizer and drinks: We tried “Money bags”, 4 crunchy chicken like dumplings with mixed vegetables and it was amazing with sweet sauce. ($10.90)
For drinks I had Thai Iced Tea ($4.50) which was good although it tasted slightly watered down. My friend just had a sprite ($3.00)
Our entree: I Tried the chicken pad Thai ($15.90), a skinny sweet noodle with delicious chicken, nuts, and topped off with a fried egg. My friend tried the Chicken Crispy Pad Thai ($15.90), A crispy noodle with some similar components except the nuts and egg.
