Excellent service as always! Everyone is professional, personable, and courteous. I used to be terrified of the dentist, so I avoided the dentist as much as possible. After a long absence from the dentist, I knew I had to go in as I could tell I had one tooth in trouble. After the initial Xrays, and exams, Dr. Pelts went over the general condition of my teeth and gums, and reviewed the x-rays with me. I needed some basics fillings, and one root canal. Dr. Pelts performs root canals as she is also an Endodontist. The root canal was PAINLESS. Everyone always talks about the pain and hours sitting in the chair for a single visit. Dr. Pelts spaces out the root canal to a couple of sessions. Every Endo seems to do root canals differently, though I had no complications and stuck to the guidelines she gave me as the area healed. With all visits and procedures, Dr. Pelts made sure I wasn't scared or in any pain, and she was very gentle. Dr. Pelts, her receptionist, hygienist, and all her assistance are warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely care about their patients dental health. There's a TV on a swivel in each room, which the assistance will tune to a channel of choice, and this really helps take your mind off any procedure if you're skittish like I first was. I don’t know who is in charge of this dental office but seems to be Victoria as she is listed as an office manager on their website. I hope somebody who actually owns this office, will see this review. First of all, she doesn’t even crack a smile when she talks to a patient. Forget about accommodating an existing patient!

I have been a patient for a few years now and even brought my teen son from another office, but it's becoming impossible to make hygienist appointments without ridiculous up charges. They don’t take my insurance and I paid every three months $185 for cleaning (which already higher than other offices in the area) but now Victoria added an extra $95 for extra services that I do not need. I doubt insurance pays this much! Such a rip off! Then people surprise why they go out of business. You go out of business because you put incompetent office managers in charge!
