The Best Joe's Pizza of Park Slope — Restaurant in New York

Joe’s Pizza made my order fresh and was good! However, the service was terrible. I had placed an order via Google Maps but when I arrived at the designated time, the lady at the counter said they did not receive the order and it must have been sent to their other branch.

I confirmed the address of the branch via the confirmation email and I was then endorsed to another store employee who asked me what app I used to order. I explained that I used the “order online” function on Google Maps via the Slice App and immediately I was dismissed because the establishment “does not use Google”. The combative attitude of the server continued despite me trying to show the confirmation email.

RUDE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We stopped going here years ago because of the bad customer service. Today we decided to go back and give it another chance.

The second I walked in the shop it's smelt like weed and I was reminded why we stopped coming here. I was there to pick up an order and the guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered and was extremely rude.

When the pizza came out I could see that the order was wrong. When I mentioned it to the employee he egot upset with me and just stood there complaining. Before paying I asked for condiments to go and he just pointed to the ones on the counter. There are so many good and friendly pizza shops in Brooklyn that there is never a reason to come back here and put up with their bad and rude attitude...

Little punk kid had a bad attitude with me I asked this little kid what size is the green cup I want to know if it was a medium or a large and he asked me what do you think it is so at that point I wanted to grab him by his neck and tell them I think it's time for me to teach you some manners or luckily I controlled myself however I still left them a $2 tip because the other guy was nice I wouldn't recommend going in there cuz that kids got a bad attitude and you shouldn't be working anywhere and that ruins it for a lot of businesses when you have immature people working there so I wouldn't recommend that going there and I definitely didn't even want to give...
