The Burrito Factory — Restaurant in New York

I’ve ordered from the place twice . Both times got chicken burrito with guacamole. The burrito is tasty and nice size(pictured), however , both burrito and guacamole lacked salt and seasoning but easily fixable . Also if you a guac lover get a large side(pictured) as small just won’t be enough for this huge burrito . Frustrating and dangerous! We waited two hours for our food. I walked to the restaurant multiple times to see what was happening. The website didn’t update me about the status of our food. There’s no way to contact the restaurant without going there in person. AND THEN my son was eating his burrito and found a staple in his mouth....
