Terrible customer service. Rude, impatient and unpleasant. They take the phone off the hook and you can’t get through to place a order. The latest is you can’t call up and have something set aside for pickup later in the day?! I’ve been doing it for years and suddenly they are saying no we won’t do it. I am done with this company you can only tolerate so much rudeness and lack of decent customer service. Ordered the Canoli cake and I honestly feel robbed. The cake was AWFUL. All it is, is a white cake with buttercream frosting, the outside has chocolate chips and crushed canoli shells. The taste was awful. You could get a better cake at price chopper honestly.
