Tim Hortons — Restaurant in New York

EDIT: 10/12/25 after a year of giving chances i think i've timmed my last horton lol i've had to do 4 total chargebacks on my card from ordering in ten minutes in advance and having to leave without my order or else wait 20 minutes for the next A train. i've even tried ordering in person in case their mobile orders just take a while to go through but it's the same result :( it's a conveinent location but that all goes out the window if i have to order a coffee 15 minutes in advance. also they have not tackled their pest issue; there was a huge juicy fly having a field day on a muffin while the staff handed another customer a donut from the same rack.

original review: employees are super nice i just wish they were a little more on top of their mobile orders. i’ve missed countless A trains when i’ve put in orders 10 minutes prior. most times i’ll put in an order, arrive, then a huge line will form, and everyone on line will get their orders and leave before i recieve mine.

unfortunately i can’t count much on them before i head into the city but ill occasionally stop by if im on a walk :)

also as other reviews have mentioned there’s always bugs in their pastry cabinet so i only...

So the other day I wound up on the wrong A train. I planned on getting off at the Conuit station and cross over to the other side to correct my mistake. As I was walking to go towards the steps, I noticed that there was a new gas station or new to me and it had a Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut. So I decided to go check it out and grab me some Pizza Hut and just call an Uber instead. Which worked out just lovely for me. This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.

I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker...

Always an issue with this place. Ordered an Iced Capp Light with skim milk on two separate occasions and received an Iced Capp Regular with whole milk on two separate occasions. On the second of those occasions, the shredded ice wasn't properly mixed in and was just floating on top. On the third occasion, when I stressed to make it an Iced Capp Light only with skim milk only, the shredded ice wasn't properly mixed in, floating at the top, making it the equivalent of an iced coffee with some shredded ice at the top and no regular ice.
