I purchased a bag of chips as a quick snack from here during my commute and the workers were just flat out rude and disrespectful. The cashier which was a woman of what I believe to be of Indian decent, instead of politely asking me to hand her the item I’m paying for, she starts tapping the counter demanding that I bring it the item closer to her instead of verbally directing me to do so. After I called her out on it, she gives me a quick facial reaction of complete disgust and an obvious nasty attitude while shoving/throwing the bag of chips toward me. I paid for it but the encounter didn’t sit right with me that she did that. I went back to get a refund and of course she wasn’t happy to see me back although she started this whole thing by having a terrible attitude. I even went to 2 different workers to avoid another encounter with her who were both just as rude. She proceeded to speak to her coworkers in a different language and after the coworkers tried to tell me there nothing they can do and tried to brush my situation to the side by trying to get me to leave and go to the back of the line, which I didn’t do by the way because I’m also a paying customer they just weren’t trying to deal with Without causing a scene or feeding into their terrible ways of speaking to people, I told them that I won’t leave until someone helps me that’s when the manager came to give me a refund after the workers had just told me I can’t get a refund and there’s nothing I can do. This only shows the workers were just saying anything to get me to leave and not have someone stand up to them about their terrible customer service. I appreciate the managers kind help but he was also a bystander to the situation as there were no consequences for his employees’ nasty and unnecessary attitude while she continued standing there talking what I’m sure was badly about me in her language to her coworkers. But yeah if you’re a person of color (and you know the type of color I’m talking about ) just expect a nasty attitude for no reason other than ignorance from these people that work here. You can’t run a business and have workers that think they can speak to people however they want and treat them however they want and not expect someone to call you out on it. A simple “sorry” won’t cut it. This situation will be followed up on to corporate. This was at the Tim Horton’s upstairs at the...
Read moreI have been here a few times and while their breakfast food and donuts were really good, I was a bit taken aback when I came here last week and saw two small flies in the donut display case. I understand that these things are hard to control sometimes, but from what I can tell there isn't a way to close the display case from the employee side.
In my opinion, there should be a way for the display to be closed when an employee isn't actively taking donuts out for a customer. I'm just really disappointed because I loved the donuts here, but now I'm very hesitant on buying more.
Another thing that kind of annoys me is how I always need to wait to pick up my breakfast sandwich. I've ordered between 8-12 minutes in advance on six separate occasions and still needed to wait 5-10 minutes when I arrived. This might be understandable if it was during busy morning hours, but it's always around 11 AM so there are hardly ever more than 1-2 other customers. One time, the sandwich was already ready and waiting for me, but nobody would come to the pick-up side to ask me what I was waiting for so by the time I got it, it was cold/room temperature. So while the most logical thing to do would be order more than 12 minutes in advance, I don't want a repeat where they make it immediately and my sandwich is just sitting there for up to 20 minutes.
Also, generally speaking, the prices are insanely high. I'm not sure if that's the case with all Tim Horton's, but If you don't have the app and aren't using an offer/coupon each time you visit, you're going to be stuck paying super inflated prices.
Lastly, I don't imagine this is the fault of this particular Tim Horton's location, but they always ask me to complete a survey after ordering in order to receive a promo code for $1 10-pack of timbits, and I complete the surveys just for it to say that it will show up in my "App Offers" and it never does. I contacted their support team about this, and they just...
Read moreI’ve been a Tim Hortons fan since my days in Canada, so discovering this location in Jamaica felt like reconnecting with an old friend. There’s something comforting and nostalgic about stepping into a Tim Hortons and knowing exactly what kind of warmth and flavor you’re about to get.
First off—the French Vanilla. It’s smooth, rich, and perfectly sweet, with that unmistakable creamy vanilla aroma that wraps around you like a cozy blanket. It’s not just a coffee drink; it’s comfort in a cup. No matter the season, it always hits the spot.
Then there’s the Boston Cream donut—or as we affectionately call it, the “Boston Legal.” It’s a soft, fluffy donut filled with that classic custard, topped with a thick layer of chocolate glaze. The filling is silky and just the right amount of sweet, and the chocolate on top has that slight crack when you bite in. It’s indulgent without being too heavy, and always satisfying.
And of course, no visit is complete without Timbits. My kid absolutely loves them. They’re little bites of joy—whether you go for the classic honey dip, chocolate glazed, birthday cake, or apple fritter, each one packs the same fluffy texture and sweet finish you’d expect from their full-sized donuts. Perfect for sharing or just popping one after another without realizing how many you’ve had.
This Tim Hortons location does justice to everything I love about the brand. The service is friendly, the quality is consistent, and the flavors bring back memories while creating new ones for my family. If you’re a Tim Hortons fan or just curious about what the hype is all about, this spot is...
