Not happy with the service. Cart is never there at a consistent time. Came with a friend and was told 15 minutes for our order but it took 35 minutes when there were barely any customers. No apology or nothing.
Edit: 09/14/2023 This is the fourth week in a row that the owner closed the cart on Tuesday even though it says it is closed only on Monday. He can show up at 6, 7 or 8 pretty much shows up whenever he likes which is an inconvenience for customers. Prices are expensive as well and the sandwich size has gotten smaller. The owner claims he purchases meat from Hal & Al which is Zabiha Halal but when he is asked why he is not certified, he states that he is in the process with HFSAA which we have been hearing for a year now pretty much since he opened. Also verified from HFSAA if that is the case but they stated that the owner never reached out to them about certification.

First of all let me start off by saying their food is amazing, the best Nashville fried chicken I’ve ever had. But their service and communication… absolutely horrible. Back this summer, they were gone for over a month and they kept pushing their reopening date by 1 or 2 days on their instagram page and they did this for weeks! Not only that, now that they have reopened, their instagram page says they are here Wednesdays to Sundays from 7PM to 12AM, but some days you go there, they’re not even there!! The problem is them not being there but the fact that they don’t notify or provide updates on their instagram page. Never there on time, they say they open at 8.. when it states 7 pm on google, but when you go there at 8 it’s never fully set up, so realistically they open at 8:30-8:45 because oil needs to warm up etc.
Food is really good, but service is horrible and I don’t mean the staff is rude but they’re not apologetic about not opening on time or having their customers wait for them to open up especially if they’ve driven a long route to have their food.
If they don’t fix their opening times and are on not schedule, their business is going to go downhill.
