Vallecito Bakery — Restaurant in New York

I use to stop at the vallecito bakery when I go to Queens I always by bread but last time I bought cecina it was rotten, cause I don't live in the borough I made a phone call the lady that has bitter face answer, I explained my reason to call, surprisingly she was very nice by phone and told me that she is going to give me a credit when I get there next time. But she just lied when I got there she told me that I'm supposed to bring the meat back. So how I'm supposed to keep in my fridge rotten meat to return it a week or 2 weeks later? Obviously she lied about the credit an as usual she acted like I was asking something for free. Either way it wasn't a surprise for in person she is not friendly at all. So I will never buy...

Ive had issues with the freshness of the bread but since I came to the bakery today around 730am. You would think that the bread is fresh.
