Where do I start? Shadows been attending Wooftopia since he was 4 months old. It’s the only place that he runs towards, tail wagging, and never wants to come home.
Katie has kept him safe, and he has never gotten sick at her place. She keeps him out of trouble, and she loves him as her own. She has taken the initiative to attempt to trim his nails and give him treats every so often which is brave because my dog is a Shiba.
In the beginning she gave me tons of feedback on how to train Shadow and supplements to start giving him in the future. She is a bank of knowledge for new dog owners since she’s raised so many of her own and she is so LOVING.
You can tell that Katie really loves what she does, which is why I have bonded so well with her ever since sending Shadow to Wooftopia. Her husband, Sean is also such a big help. Shadow has come to love him and has accepted him into the pack!
Among the many things I love about Wooftopia is the fact that they provide you with detailed photos and updates throughout the day. There have been days where I’ve totally spaced out and left Shadows food at home. Katie always has extra food for Shadow and is willing to heat things up for him as well.
I don’t know what we would have done without Wooftopia. If you’re looking for a place to board or send your dog to daycare, just bring them to Wooftopia. You...
Read moreWe got married out of state over the summer and found out our regular boarding place would be closed that week- cue massive panic attack about who would care for our pup and be a good fit for understanding and handling his separation anxiety and fear of confined spaces. I found Wooftopia during a frantic Google search and was persuaded by the glowing reviews to reach out. After discussing our dogs personality and quirks, Katie was understanding, knowledgeable, and even gave us advice about different vets in Queens (as we were new to the area). She was understanding of every request and concern, and had an aura of competence that made us feel at ease. We were sad to leave our pup but could already sense he would be in good hands with Katie. During his 10 day boarding stay, Katie was more than we could have ever hoped for- she kept us updated with pictures and messages, and it helped make the separation from our boy a little less stressful. She cared for him as if he was her own, not simply a job. When we came to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave! I would recommend Katie for any dogsitting needs without reservation, and I am SO thankful...
Read moreHey everyone, just wanted to drop a quick shoutout to Wooftopia NYC for their awesome dog sitting service. I left my French Bulldog, with them for a week while I was out of town, and man, they were fantastic!
Katie, who was looking after Banksy, was a total gem. She kept me in the loop with loads of pics and videos, which was super cool and really put my mind at ease. It was like getting little updates from a friend, and I could tell Banksy was having a blast. Katie also gives the best advice on maintenance and care specific to Banksy's breed which is so thoughtful!
I really appreciated the casual updates - nothing felt scripted or over the top, just genuine care and fun times. Banksy looked so happy in all the photos, and I could tell he was in great hands.
Seriously, if you need someone to watch your fur baby, Wooftopia NYC is the way to go. They're not just doing a job; they really care about your pet. Plus, having someone like Katie who's so attentive and friendly makes a huge difference. Thumbs...
