El Molcajete — Restaurant in New York

So me and my coworkers decided to order some food from here today while looking at the grub hub menu, tacos were suppose to be priced at $2.25 on the menu online when they came it read that they were $4.25 each.... for freaking tacos!! are you kidding me... almost $5 per taco this is not Hollywood Blvd. Second my coworker ordered the 3 for $9 chicken tacos and got only one charged at $4.25 then my other coworker ordered shrimp tacos and they were incorrect and super hot with grilled jalapenos in them. We spent a lot of money with this order and when we called back to tell them about the mess ups the lady was completely rude, said she does not understand or speak English and neither does anyone else. Its ridiculous and i will also be posting this review on yelp and every site...

I approve everything, I came with my family on a Friday, September 6 2024, a karaoke night. I don’t usually order anything but a torta or a cemita, those just have something that gets me, they always so good. But today as I went in, my brother specifically got buffalo wings and he asked all of us if we wanted some to try, we all took one (by we all I mean me and my family) as soon as I take a bite of the wing, I did not approve. I loved everything I’ve tried from my family’s plates, but the buffalo wings. I liked everything and I enjoyed it awesomely as I bet everyone did too. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We walk in and the lady and man behind the bar look at us like we’re aliens . They stay silent until we ask the questions??? We say good morning ! NO REPLY ! No costumer service , nor professionalism what’s so ever !!! Not only did she take long to come to our outside table but the first thing she says is what do you want to order !!
