ViVi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in New York

My husband and I used to live on church av and traveled all the way to this location specifically to get our bubble tea. When I gave birth 7 months ago, all we and my entire family and friends had was bubble tea lol. Lots of money spent here but all was well worth it! Now I bring my baby here and she enjoys the decor while I enjoy my drink. We always get lychee slush with strawberry and mango pop and lychee jelly; my husband now gets the mango slush with the same toppings. I told him this particular day to surprise me and he got the galaxy for me. It was nasty to me because it was heavily flavored with lemon and lemon juice. So sour!!! I threw away the juice only keeping the toppings and replaced it with the lychee juice I had in my office fridge 🤦🏻‍♀️...

I came to this location yesterday about 50 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and kept telling us to hurry up with our order, even though the store was not closing for another 50 minutes. A few minutes later, we were told they were closing in 5 minutes and were basically kicked out.

On top of that, they didn’t even add boba bubbles to the tea because they had apparently run out — but they didn’t let us know in advance or offer an alternative. The tables were dirty, the tea didn’t taste good, and when we politely said goodbye, they completely ignored us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service. I won’t...

I ordered one of the new taro drinks here, and I was pretty happy to find there was actual real taro in the drink and not just the premixed powder stuff. So for that alone, I wouldn't have minded giving a 5 star rating for the drink. However, it took like 20 minutes just to get my drink...
