Soo...only reason I'm giving this location a 1 star is because they don't allow me to give them no stars...but I will say the crew members are usually decent... but I literally only come here because it's the closest thing too me...but I doubt I will be coming back...EVERY SINGLE TIME I come...they are ALWAYS I REPEAT ALWAYS OUT OF PRODUCT! ... ITS ridiculous last night...no bacon...no strawberry lemonade....they literally NEVER have strawberry lemonade..the week before it was they were out of sauces...one time they were only accepting cards....oh yea...I forgot they didn't have large fry boxes....and they was out of large cups...like it's ridiculous...the last 2 times I ordered my food and left...I won't bother to spend any more money at this location...oh yes I forgot the one occasion they had no nuggets...like I Can not make this up!! I'm a supervisor at a food establishment...this is unacceptable and ridiculous...and I know what most would say...u know to not go there or go home and Cook .but it's totally ridiculous...whoever that store manager is either needs to up their truck order or borrow product from another wendys...they literally suck...and let's talk about how the beef is always cold....like let's be serious would the workers eat that?! Absolutely no they wouldn't...so why give someone else meat that's been cooked and sitting out for God knows how long...they need to stop making massive amount of fries and just giving them out until they are gone...cold and hard....disgusting...I always have to ask for fresh fries...I will not be eating the fries they try to serve people..that's about the only thing fresh I get....ur management really needs to do...

He had us come inside for our mobile order. No worries! Except immediately after telling us to come in he starts yelling at us the lobby is closed, we need to leave, and refusing to help us. We let him know that we are the mobile order, he just told us to come in. He tells us again the lobby is closed. Like I recognized his voice from the drive thru it was the same person 2 minutes later giving us an attitude for following his instructions. I told him again he just told us to come in and so we are here. He walks away and says nothing more.
So he pulled us from the drive thru, and then proceeded to serve at least 20 customers ahead of us, while we had already put in our order ahead of time. Meanwhile other staff members are chatting and joking, looking at us but refusing to help us.
We waited for some girls entire break to be helped, we had 4 sandwiches and fries. Literally waited for 20+ minutes even after ordering in advance and watching, like i said, at least 20 cars who ordered quite some time after we did get their food. We were only helped when she clocked back in, and she was the only one to acknowledge we had been waiting quite some time without being helped. Easily a staff of 7 and apparently it's nobody's job but hers (while on break?!?) to assist.

Read moreI drive for a food delivery service. I'm sent to Wendy's several times a day to pick up customers orders and deliver them to the customer. I can tell you that the people who work at Wendys almost always have no idea what they're doing.
For instance, last night I was sent to Wendy's 3 times (2 different Wendy's). The 1st time they gave me the wrong order. I was able to correct the order in about 10 minutes so all was not lost. An hour later I was sent to Wendy's again to pick up 2 orders. They only had one of the orders and had no idea what happened to the other so I had to contact my company to have the order they didn't have canceled in order to move on. Took about 25 minutes in total. And the last time I was sent there was at 11pm for a customer's order. I got to Wendy's and of course waited in the drive thru lane for 45 minutes. Once finally getting to the window I was told (after waiting at the window for 10 more minutes) they didn't have the cookies or the drink the customer ordered. So of course I had to have the order canceled. Another hour I could have been actually making money instead of dealing with these people. This happens at every Wendy's I go to. It's shameful. Avoid it...
