Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

Really bad experience. Asked for an item and received one in different container without been informed, requested hot and fresh fries and nuggets, was told to wait by the door which I agreed, then after 5+ minutes, I had to go inside to get my order, when asked what happened, I was told they thought I left after spent $28+ dollars, really? Then my fries and nuggets weren't hot and fresh, I guess because my order weren't delivered to me when was supposed to. After receiving new fries and nuggets, found out I was missing one of my nuggets order too. The lady who was working inside really made sure I receive the food and service I was looking for. In this situation, the MIC never came to face the situation even thought the lady from inside told him that she was changing the fries and the nuggets. In times like this, where we all trying to save the economy thru our businesses, isn't super important to deliver the best food and service we can? Shouldn't we strive to make sure we give our customers everything they requested and paid for? We can easily keep cooking at home but decided to step out risking our health, just to have a good experience with something different than home cooked meal and get that type of service!!! It's really disappointed, it shows that some go to do a job and others care about how we make a living. I understand mistakes happen, believe me I really do, but not looking for a way to give a great experience where that's what matters right now. Please remember, your customers will go for the food thru the marketing but will come back for...

Went through the drive-thru maybe around 10 pm. There are about four cars in line with us. The line moved quite quickly, so I assumed everything was great though there was a 3.8 rating that made me a little......concerned (?) I guess. Everything else in this area is four stars and above, so what's up with this Wendy's??? Well after receiving our food and parking in their lot to eat, because it was so late we didn't want to wait, we realize that our order was basically wrong. We ordered two meals with medium fries and drinks and one 10-piece nugget and one tiny Frosty. We ended up with the two meals, that we're not the greatest (each burger comes with half a block of cheese and no dry bread), two 10 piece nuggets and two frosties. We thought back on our order, knowing that we did not order double of things, and realize that while we were at the window she was asking so many questions because she had put so many things on our order. We were too tired to really go through the ordeal of getting our money back so we ended up giving the food away, but no one wants to pay more money and you receive more food than what they want. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, unless you really really REALLY need to go to a Wendy's drive-thru. I think it's the only one in the area. Other than that, I would rather just go to McDonalds. And I really don't...

First order came with no ketchup and no mayo although i ticked the boxes and it was printed on the receipt. Ok mistakes happen no problem.

Second order again no ketchup or mayo, when i called them they told me that ketchup and mayo IS NO FOOD and since no other item is missing nothing can be done !!!

Third order i call them as the order is placed and inform them that PLEASE include the sauces i asked in the bag because i had problems in the past, the woman says to me ok dont worry. Order arrives with no sauces whatsoever plus my 6 piece chicken nuggets missing and no straws for the sodas. I call them and they keep insisting that they put all the sauces inside plus the chicken nuggets !!! I explain to them that the order bag arrived sealed and there is not even one ketchup or mayo or honey mustard inside and also my nuggets for which i payed for are missing. They keep saying that they put everything in the bag essential implying that i am a liar or blind !!!

The people in the specific branch dont know how to do their job so if you want ketchup with your fries, sauce with your nuggets or mayo with your burger then avoid them and order from somewhere else. It really takes an effort to mess up 3 out of 3 orders...
