This is my 2nd ever review I'm posting on Google, as I do not care to write reviews, but THIS particular establishment needs to be reported. Two consecutive times back to back, one day after the next, this "establishment" terribly messed up my order. Even when calling the first time about it (Sept11,2022) & being told by a manager (Tameka) that my WHOLE meal would be replaced, when I go there the following day (Sept12,2022), I'm then told by a clueless & incompetent cashier girl that "the manager is not in", when that specific manager herself on the phone told me she would surely be there at the time I arrived. After SEVERAL attempts for the cashier girl to make it seem as if I'm wrong & "crazy" & to have me leave/drive off, I stand my ground, stay & question her enough until she then realizes SHE was wrong, by then telling me, "Ohhhhhh yeah she is here" (goofy self smh). Tameka then exclaims she said she would only replace one sandwich meal, however the recorded phone call (originally for business purposes), just the day prior, when played back, word for word is said to me, TWICE, that my WHOLE meal would be redone. Nevertheless, I, upset by hearing this, still agreed to pay (by her terms), a portion of the meal I originally should've gotten for free, to avoid further issues, just to then before leaving, check my bag of food THIS time around, and see YET AGAIN, they MESSED up my food order. Seeing this, I say respectfully "I'm not trying to be an a** & all, but just give me my money back & I will give you all the food & drinks back", to which she then takes all the food & drinks back & hands me the money I initially gave. You would've thought after ALL that trouble, back to back orders being messed up, esp this one RIGHT IN HER FACE, not to mention the GAS spent driving back & forth there, that the manager would've been wise enough to just let me have the food without paying, but clearly, not all are professional & meant to lead & given titles as "manager", as some just don't know how to rectify & resolve situations with buying customers (smh). That late night/early morning shift staff, from the cashiers, to the workers making the food in the back, all the way to the managers themselves, clearly seem to be very incompetent, lazy, unprofessional, and downright ridiculous. Something needs to be done at that establishment; LOTS of proper training all around needed. Nonetheless, if you go here, make sure you CHECK YOUR BAG before you drive off let alone go home, because more likely than not, they will mess up your food order & not give a care at...
Read moreI'm standing in this location right now. They seem to have difficulty as well as their customer service is horrible. The wait time is extremely long which can be expected at the time, however the workers (many) are having multiple conversations among themselves without at least explaining if there is a delay to all of us in the line. Eventually ONE worker noticed the frustration and informed us that they need to change the register for ONE cashier! I ordered a drink that needed to be filled behind the counter and they had me wait while they took other different orders in a space far LESS than six feet for a while! NOT SAFE in this pandemic!! When I asked about it, it wasn't addressed with ANY ACCEPTABLE customer services and I still waited for the drink. The cashier had such a harsh tone when addressing me that the two gentleman beside me commented on it, saying they need to teach their employees to have better customer service, and I agree 100%!! The issue is not just the RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAITING TIME over 45 minutes, but MOST IMPORTANTLY THE WAY it all was handled! I will never return here again!! It's very disappointing...the least we ask in this current situation in the world SHOULD AT LEAST BE kind service. Shame on this...
Read moreExtremely unorganized. During my order, cashier was paying attention to another customer, even tho the employee dealing with orders and the manager were handling it. A customer ordering food had a bit of a communication problem with the cashier, As apparently chicken sandwich and cheeseburger was a difficult order to understand. Pretty much the cashier wanted the customer to use the name of the food, but the customer couldn't see very well and used general description. This should've been easy order description to understand as the menu does use the word cheeseburger, but they add Jr before it. They do allow indoor sitting. Meals are prepared at a decent speed. The restaurant is mostly clean, although some customers due tend to leave their mess and garbage where they sat. Employees made no effort to clean the mess left behind.
