Wingstop — Restaurant in New York

Justin running the cashier was great. 👍 I appreciated his hospitality towards each customer walking in.

I enjoyed watching the open kitchen concept in this small store. The staff was communicative to the customers waiting for their orders. He/she would state a fresh batch of chicken is cooking now and would take about 15 mins. I believe this is a nice touch when surrounded by other people waiting for their orders. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The only downside at this location is the seatting arrangement. There are only 3 seats with one person having to stand by the window and a bench that seats 3/4 for people waiting on pick up orders.

I order 10 piece (only wings) w Louisiana rub (5) and Hot honey Rub. 🍗💗

Keep up the great work Wingstop crew!! I hope the level of care and quality at this Wingstop stays consistant. Looking foreward to...

Extremely disappointing experience.

The staff is incredibly slow, and there were only three employees working, which led to an unreasonably long wait.

I tried to order two sets of 6-piece wings with four different flavors (3+3+3+3), but it took far too long to explain this to the cashier. In the end, they completely messed up the order and gave me 6+6+6 with only three flavors.

This kind of confusion could easily be avoided if they had at least one digital self-service kiosk. It’s 2025 - this should be standard by now.

The wings had plenty of seasoning, but the flavor just didn’t work for me. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. Overall, the service was frustrating, the food wasn’t worth the price or the wait, and the whole experience left a bad impression.

Save yourself the time and go...

Terrible and should go out of business. The food just passes but the business and service is well worse. If I just wanted to get some wings for my son, I would have to buy a 'combo' which my son does not want and does not drink 'soda'. All we wanted was a side of wings for a snack from a 'Wing" place. I would have to buy 20 wings. . . . for a snack? No way, never again the menu and business charter is the worst I ever experienced and does not belong in Forest Hills. Hoping so much they go out of business soon. Forcing me buy sides and a soda when all I wanted was wings- never experienced it before and now- never again.
