I stopped by this Wingstop location last night, and honestly, I wish I had just gone hungry. What I experienced here was one of the most unpleasant and disappointing food outings Iāve had in a long time.
Staff and Service: When I walked in, there was nobody at the front to take orders ā not a single employee in sight. From the back, I could hear loud voices, people laughing and yelling, completely ignoring the front counter. I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment for a good 15 minutes before someone finally bothered to come up. Not a hello, not an apology ā just a rushed, careless attitude.
Time Wasted: After placing the order, I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. No updates, no sense of urgency. The staff didnāt seem to care one bit about getting orders out or about the people waiting.
Hygiene and Appearance: The inside of the store looked like it hadnāt been cleaned in days. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, and the whole place had a greasy, unkept feel to it. I was genuinely questioning whether my food was being prepared in a sanitary environment.
The Food ā If You Can Call It That: Once I got home and opened the bag, I couldnāt believe what I was looking at. The fries were a soggy, oily mess, completely unappetizing. The wings were even worse ā they were so overcooked and dried out, it felt like I was biting into fried rubber. Itās clear that they just pre-cook batches of wings and then drown them in sauce when someone places an order. There was zero freshness, and the texture was awful. After two bites, I had to stop ā now Iām sitting here with a stomach ache, regretting every second of that meal.
Final Thoughts: I only went here because it was close by and I was starving ā but Iāll never make that mistake again. The poor service, filthy environment, and disgusting food all added up to a terrible experience that I wouldnāt wish on anyone. This place has no business serving food in its current state.

I visited this Wingstop location tonight, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences Iāve ever had.
Customer Service: The moment I walked in, there was no one at the register to take orders. I could hear staff in the back yelling and talking loudly amongst themselves, completely ignoring the front counter. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes before someone finally came out to take my order ā no greeting, no apology for the wait, just an attitude that made me feel like I was bothering them.
Wait Time: After finally placing my order, it took another 25 minutes for the food to be ready ā and this was a simple order. There were no other customers visibly waiting inside, so the delay was even more frustrating.
Cleanliness: The store itself was dirty and unkempt. The floors looked like they hadnāt been mopped in days, tables were sticky, and the entire place had a greasy, grimy vibe. It didnāt feel like a place where food should be served.
Food Quality: Once I got home, things went from bad to worse. The fries were soggy and cold, completely inedible. It was like they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The wings were rock hard, dry, and tasted like they had been refried multiple times before being hastily tossed in sauce. Honestly, it felt like I was eating leftovers from earlier in the day. I tried two wings and immediately regretted it ā now my stomach hurts.
Overall Experience: I went to Wingstop out of convenience because I was hungry and it was nearby. I deeply regret that decision. Between the awful customer service, the long wait, the dirty environment, and the terrible food, there is absolutely nothing redeeming about this location.

She is RUDE. I'm confused as to why she's allowed to interact with customers and handle orders?? She gives me the vibe that she'll contaminate your food if you make her angry.
The other day my husband placed an order and Vanessa forgot the sauce that we PAID for, so I asked her for it and couldn't believe her attitude. I almost checked her, but stopped myself because I had my family waiting in the car. Next time I'm alone I def will. She constantly goes to the kitchen/within the area of the cash register to LOUDLY complain about customers, as if we can't hear. She's rude to the delivery drivers as if she's above them (aren't YOU working in fast food yourself?!?!). She never wants to take orders or work... BYE THEN! Why are you here?! There's a pandemic and 1 of the 1000s who are unemployed will happily take your spot. And then the leadership team doesn't do anything. Asking customers who leave negative reviews to send an email; for what?! Get rid of those who don't want to work and find worthier replacements. And then we wonder why we can't have nice things in the BX...because business...
