Wonder Coney Island — Restaurant in New York

Saw the ad on television and the food options were interesting so we decided to give it a try. Looked at the menus on-line which was easy to maneuver. We ordered from Walnut Lane by Jonathan Waxman and got the linguine with shrimp and hazelnut pesto and charred broccolini. All components of the linguine dish were spot on. Pasta was fresh and al dente, shrimp cooked to perfection and the hazelnut pesto was packed with flavor. We also ordered from Tejas Barbecue and got the cornbread with orange honey butter and the carrot soufflé. Both sides were a great complement to the meal. I know why this place is called wonder... I wondered where the staff was that worked there, what the bathroom code was. I wonder where they were cooking the food. I walked past the front stand. No one to be found and walked out. Wasn't sure if they had some robots making food. Where is everyone??? Walked out...

It's a food mall except you order there and they deliver there. I recall there was an app so maybe you can order online and pick it up there as well. My BFF is vegan, I am not, so we both got what we wanted. No tables though, so we had to walk a block to eat. Cool...
