I really would love to give them a five star because I felt I left with a happy full stomach but I took some stars off because of certain things. I took one star off because they do not give the bathrooms attention at all. They should have someone check the bathrooms at least every hour. I was there for longer than an hour and entered the bathrooms before and after my meal. The bathroom looked worse after the second time I went in. There was garbage inside the sinks, no soap to wash our hands and the floor was all covered in wet mucky water. I understand people are disgusting but hopefully management will be able to fix that and ensure everyone does their part in keeping the places that we use to clean our hands, spotless. If not at all times but at least have someone with a timer check it every hour. I had children with me and even they were surprised of how dirty it was. Our server got our orders wrong even though I added a little story of why I ordered the way I ordered so they can remember, my order was wrong. I got one meal instead of two and when I ordered fries for just me I was brought two. I mean the server was friendly and nice and she brought the food out in a timely fashion but I think the loud music probably didn’t help with her being able to hear me out. But that’s the only reason I took that other star off because we didn’t get our order correctly despite me repeating it twice. They should train the servers to repeat the orders or something. If they fix those things they would be a five star. For sure. I’ll tell you about the garlic butter sauce, it was amazing, chunks of garlic made the butter so flavorful and I enjoyed the extra broccoli I ordered that was soaked in the garlic butter. My crab was perfect and the meat came out perfectly and that’s how you know they weren’t under cooked or over cooked. I would recommend this place if you have a nice loud voice and don’t mind the dirty bathroom. Although you’ll have an easier time if you just use the men’s bathroom because I noticed their bathroom was clean. If you have kids the a huge warning: the music in the bathroom is EXTRA LOUD. They had a changing table in the men’s bathroom which was nice to see. Definitely will come again but hopefully on the next visit it will be cleaner. They also have a paper spread out on the table for kids but didn’t offer my daughter any crayons or anything but luckily we had some writing tools to draw and play on the tables which makes it a nice kid friendly place. Also they have a huge television where they played the baseball game. So that was...

We had to ask for waters twice and it still took a long time for our server to bring them to us, even though she wasn't busy. She was hanging out at the bar with other staff and my husband went to get her so we could order. After we ordered the server said every item costs $3 more due to inflation, and I think they should put that in writing somewhere. Once we received our food, my husband had to go to the bar to ask for ketchup, and no one brought him any so then he went to the host stand to ask for ketchup, and another employee brought it to him since our server was nowhere in sight and didn't check on us at all while we were eating. My husband tried to pay at the front but they said we had to wait for our server to pay, so we caught her next time we saw her. Then they overcharged us - our total was only about $44 and when my husband was about to sign the receipt it was $115. They voided it and charged us the correct amount. My husband was keeping an eye on his credit card statement to ensure we weren't billed twice, and when the charge went through it was for more than our receipt stated because apparently our server decided to add on her own tip. This was actually the first time we'd ever not left a tip because the service was that bad, but apparently they decided to still add it on after we left. My husband called the restaurant and we will be refunded for the tip she added on. Food was fine, but definitely can't recommend eating here - or if you do go, hope you have a better experience...
Read moreEdit: Came back for my MIL's birthday. It was kind of dead, but we didn't mind at all. They seem to do a lot of pick up orders. They stated they don't have alcoholic beverages, but it looks like they're hoping to have them soon.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My SIL has a baby, and the staff were more than happy to help make sure he was taken care of (hot water for his bottle, a corner table away from the TV/bright lights).
Food was delicious, if a bit greasy from the deep fry for some items. The clam chowder was delicious, according to my family (I can't personally say as I can't eat it).
Overall a much better experience this time around.
Original: Came here for my husband's birthday. It was relatively empty, which is to be expected with covid restrictions. Our waitress was friendly and prompt, which definitely made things better.
I didn't have the crab boil, but my sister in law had the garlic butter base in hers. I used that to dip my fried fish in. I'm not a fan or tartar sauce and they didn't have malted vinegar, which I found a little odd. Malted vinegar and fried fish are a pretty popular combo. My dish was also on the salty side. The sweet potato fries were delicious at least.
My main complaint was the lack of silverware. No metal forks/knives, and no crackers were given for the crab boils that everyone ordered. How are you supposed to eat the meat inside the crab/lobster without being able to get to it? Our waitress came and brought some out halfway through our meal, stating they'd just been cleaned.
Just didn't feel like our experience was worth the price tag. Good, but I've had better...
