I had a stop over at the gate next to here and saw the QR code on the table by the gate. I decided to try it and just wanted some fries and some garlic bread. I placed the order and the wait began. You would not think these two items would take long to make at all. After 30 minutes I walked over to the place to check on the order. After several minutes a lady finally came out. I showed her my order and she went next door to check on it. After about another 10 minutes she came back with the fries and some sticks of bread and that she would make the garlic bread as she said “they did not make the order.” I guess she had the fries made then and brought them out. I had to cancel it due to my flight was starting to board. I had high hopes seeing the table side ordering and delivery at the gate. But it turned out to be a total fail. It may work at other times but this time was disappointing. I had to request a refund via the text they sent me when I made the initial order. We shall see if I get it. In a side note the fries did not taste too bad but were a little on the salty side.

Service- 0/5 It’s Christmas 2021 and we’re in the middle of a pandemic so I get that they’re probably understaffed. But the wait here was horrific. I waited 1 hour for a To Go margherita pizza. That’s unreasonable for an airport restaurant where people need food to come out fast so they can get a bite to eat and catch their connection. I watched many customers cancel their orders and demand refunds. This could’ve all been avoided if someone was upfront and told customers how long the wait was going to be. Food- 3/5 You can see what my “margherita” pizza looks like. It’s a regular cheese pizza with a tiny bit of basil? leaves in the middle. It tasted like Sbarro. It was a little greasy but it was hot & fresh when it finally came out. It was cooked evenly and the crust was ok. Price- 3/5 The pizza was $12. I think that’s fair for a personal size pizza at the airport. Sodas and teas were $4. Desserts were $12. Overall- 2/5 Better service would go a long way towards improving the experience here

My husband and I decided to eat at this restaurant before our international flight. We ordered the spinach and artichoke pie, the food itself was not bad, it was okay and overpriced as expected because it is inside the airport but the service was terrible, or I should say, non-existent. My husband tipped when ordering the food and no service whatsoever was received. We are pretty easy people, but the waitress just to deliver the food and then left, and no service was offered afterwards. My husband ordered Diet Coke and I wanted water, when we asked for the water, the waitress just pointed out and told us to get the water and the refill of the Diet Coke. At that point, we were wondering why did we have to include the tip for a service we didn’t receive. Based on previous reviews, I believe this is an ongoing issue, and this should be addressed for a better customer service.

Placed an order of Mac and cheese and a meatball sandwich. Waited an hour ( myself and my partner were the only customers seated). When I went up to the counter to ask about our order, I was told that our food was on the counter. We had seen the food being placed on the counter 30 minutes previous but the online docket said that our order would be dropped to the table so we didn’t think it was ours ( staff were in and out from behind the counter passing the food) When I said this to the girl behind the counter I was told that she was the cook and not a server. I told her that if we were told to come collect the food ourselves when it was first put down I would have had no issue collecting it myself, but the food was now cold, again I was told she was a cook, not a server and it wasn’t her problem. There was a minimum of 3 staff walking in and out from behind the counter while we were waiting and none of them were of any help. When I asked a member of staff in the restaurant next door she got the manager for us. When the manager asked another member of staff if she had been clocked in while we were seated she told the manager that she was not there. She was in fact one of the first employees we saw on arrival. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Thankfully the manager was able to help and we are awaiting our refund but by the looks of the majority of reviews on here, the rude staff is not uncommon! I would definitely recommend going...
